Detailed Product Description

1. Mould Name: Humidifier Plastic Mould.

2. Surface treatment ranges: high polishing, plating, textured (as specified by customer)

3. The plastic moulds and die casting dies are tooled according to customer's requirements (3D or 2D drawings or samples).

4. Our mould and die range covers household appliances, office supplies, the accessories of the car and electronic components, and sport equipment etc.

5. Mould Tooling: with rich expertise and experience in mould designing and mould tooling, the plastic moulds and die casting dies are made by advanced machines and equipments such as CNC machine, EDM, Wire cutting machines etc.

6. We are capable of injecting plastic parts with their weight below 4000 g (or with their capacity below 650 tons) and building various kinds of plastic moulds and die casting dies with measurements below 1200 x 1800mm.

7. The capacity is 80 to 100sets mould per month, and most of the moulds and dies are exported to Europe, America, Japan,etc.
